Off to my 2-week doctor's appointment

I am 2 weeks old and off to meet my pediatrician, Dr. Patten. Mommy said she will be really nice to me...I hope so! Maybe I better try to smile at her! When we arrive (30 mins early), they barely let Mommy sit down and get papers filled in before I hear them call my name, Aidan...Aidan Kramer. Wow, that's me! Daddy hasn't even parked the car yet. We go back to a little room where Mommy takes off my clothes...she just put those on before we left the house. Weird. She lays me on a cold hard, metal stand...I hear the nurse say "8 pounds 4 oz". Then they take me to a bed and pull my legs out and I hear "21 inches". Mommy tells me that I have grown...good job, me! Then, the doctor comes in and has smiles for me. She pulls on my legs too, pokes my tummy and looks at my eyes and ears. She tells Mommy that I am looking good...not so yellow anymore! Wow...no boo-boos from the doctor this time! Yeah!
